3. Event Inquiries & Bookings

Information on the Site regarding the venue, capacities, amenities, and event types is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, reservation, or guarantee of availability. All event bookings, rentals, and services are subject to a separate written agreement, applicable rates, and availability. Quotes and inquiries submitted through the Site or chat do not reserve a date or create a contract until confirmed by us in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, the "The Kult LA" name and marks, layout, and design — is the property of The Kult LA / Cult Social Purpose Corporation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our Site offers a live chat feature (provided by a third-party provider) and other contact methods. By contacting us, you consent to receive responses from us by the method you used or provided. If you provide a mobile number, you may receive text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
